The results you’ve all been eagerly waiting for have been collated, and we’re pleased to reveal what our members picked for the best films of Whānau Mārama NZIFF 2024!
Across all the responses, nearly 60 different films were chosen, which shows just how much variety was in the theatres this year. That’s nearly three-quarters of all the films shown in the festival picked at least once! However, there was no topping The Seed of the Sacred Fig. Mohammad Rasoulof’s gripping drama was chosen by 15 respondents, eight of whom named it as their pick of the festival.
