The Wellington Film Society loves cinema and seeing it on the big Embassy screen. We bring that love to life to over 30 Monday evenings each year. Our season aims to enlighten, entertain and inspire film enthusiasts as well as those on the hunt for alternatives to mainstream cinema.
Our films are a diverse mix of high-quality documentaries, short films, Hollywood and international classics, director’s retrospectives and the best of contemporary cinema. And a full membership provides access to all our regular screenings for less than $4 a film.
