You can see quality movies at the Embassy on Monday evenings and not have to go down a single step. The most accessible row of seats is the closest to you as you come in the door. The seats are marked ‘RESERVED Accessible seating’ and if that’s you, they’re yours. There’s a lift to come up to the theatre from ground level level and accessible bathrooms on both levels. Seats are removed from this accessible row to allow wheelchairs to come in and your companion can sit next to you.
For those of you that require hearing assistance, there is a hearing assistance system in place at the Embassy which is linked to the projection equipment. The refreshment bar can provide amplified infra-red headphones (used without hearing aids) that are returnable after the screening.
